You may request a refund only after two (2) weeks have passed from the latest estimated delivery date of your order.

This guarantee applies only if non-delivery is due to an error made by St. Elwyn (e.g., we shipped to the wrong address or failed to dispatch your order)

If the shipping address provided by the buyer was incorrect, incomplete, or lacked sufficient delivery details.
If the courier (postal or delivery service) misplaced, lost, or mishandled the package.
If delivery failed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or theft after confirmed delivery.
